Our Seasonal menu features American Fusion cuisine: An innovative blending of
ingredients and cooking techniques from local Northwest. Our Executive Chef uses only the
freshest seafood, the choicest cuts of Angus Beef and poultry,
and the most aromatic herbs and sauces such as Red Onion Rhubarb Confit and Rosemary Herb Lobster Velout'e to create a menu designed to be familiar yet distinctive.
As a result each item on our menu becomes a marriage of tastes when
experienced separately, a symphony when enjoyed in combination. Our Menu changes 3 times a year to accomodate only the freshest ingredients and the changing seasons.
